Ever since I can remember, my family would celebrate with delicious food. Whilst growing up, there was no celebration, no birthday party without a huge feast, At the tender age of Five i was deseeding dates with my mom for her famous Date and walnut cake, soaking them in pots, her special way, 20 years later I still prefer pots to baking trays any day. Even at that young age with dates stuck to my fingers, I realized that cooking was dynamic, interesting and tons of fun, and I knew instinctively that creating mouth-watering food, and delicious meals was what I wanted to do.As I grew, I realized that there was limited “art work” within the preparation and presentation of food, and this was something that I wanted to change. I wanted to not just provide food, but provide an experience of healthy “art” within food, with the passion to go beyond expectations for every single client.
My aim to deliver products, services and wholesome food in such a way that it will always be remembered by clients as a singular and memorable experience, delivering food that is exceptional in both taste and appearance.
My goal is to set the trends in food design and food art, while others follow !
