Yeast free rolls

For me there is nothing better than waking up to the smell of my grandma’s freshly baked bread. I remember that she would wake up at 4am to start the process and for me that’s crazy unless I’m getting paid for it 😂. 

So to save myself having to wait for yeast to raise, I use this really simple yeast free recipe that is so simple and quick to prepare. 

What you will need? 

1 cup of flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk 

2 tbsp mayonnaise 

Method

1. Preheat oven on 180â€Ēc.

2. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and spoon in a greased muffin pan 

3. Bake for 15 min or till golden brown 
P.S adding egg wash with garlic, paprika, sesame seeds or mixed herbs are a cool way to change it up and could be served as a side dish, perfect for butter chicken or a beautiful curry.
