Class Two: Create butternut soup, Roast chicken, crumbed chicken vegetableau gratin

Class Three: Create and plate beef steaks, home made pasta , Alfredo sauce and Panna cotta

Class Four: Create cous cous salad, Grilled fish and prawns, grilled vegetables, dhal puree
